Tuition Refund & Cancellation Regulations

§ 01 / Fundamental Principle

ELITE TOOLISTIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED operates as a dedicated institution of higher vocational and executive education. Tuition settlements fund immediate syllabus customization, licensed proprietary materials, and reserved faculty mentorship. Consequently, financial refunds are administered under clearly structured statutory standards.

§ 02 / Pre-Commencement Cancellation Period

• Candidates who submit written notice of withdrawal within 24 hours of fee settlement—prior to the issuance of preparatory examination literature or candidate credentials—are eligible for an 80% tuition refund (less statutory banking and GST charges).

§ 03 / Post-Commencement Conditions (Non-Refundable Phase)

• Once preparatory study literature, syllabus dossiers, or portal credentials have been transmitted to the candidate, the initial costs of instructional provisioning have been incurred.
• Following the administration of the diagnostic pre-examination or access to online course lectures, tuition remitted becomes strictly non-refundable.

§ 04 / Examination Hall & Evaluation Retakes

• Unsatisfactory examination performance does not entitle the candidate to fee remission.
• Candidates who fail to achieve the required merit passing grade are granted structured academic counseling and the opportunity to undertake re-examination pursuant to institutional regulations.

§ 05 / Exceptional Technical Circumstances

• In the rare event of persistent, documented technical impediments attributable solely to institutional servers that preclude course completion for more than 14 consecutive business days, the bursar's office shall evaluate candidate claims for proportional tuition credit or fee adjustment.

§ 06 / Formal Petition Procedure

All formal withdrawal petitions must be transmitted directly from the candidate's registered email address to support@elitetoolistic.com, citing the full candidate name, enrollment invoice reference number, and substantiated rationale.

§ 07 / Remittance Channels

Approved refunds are processed via the original remitting payment instrument within 7 to 10 business days following written approval by the Bursar's Committee.
