Institutional Terms & Conditions
Document Ref: TERMS-2026 • Revised for the academic year 2026. The compact between ELITE TOOLISTIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and registered candidate scholars.
§ 01 / Acceptance of Academic Compact
By registering, remitting tuition, or undertaking course instruction provided by ELITE TOOLISTIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, the candidate expressly agrees to be bound by the terms, codes of conduct, and evaluation criteria articulated in this institutional charter.
§ 02 / Admission & Candidate Prerequisites
- Enrollment into advanced diplomas and executive masterclasses requires verified technical background or professional domain experience as described in individual course prospectuses.
- The academy reserves the administrative authority to request verification of credentials prior to formal admission.
§ 03 / Course Access & Intellectual Property Protections
- All syllabi, video lectures, proprietary methodologies, and evaluation question banks remain the exclusive intellectual property of ELITE TOOLISTIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
- Candidate access is granted on a strictly non-transferable, single-user basis for personal professional development. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or commercial exploitation constitutes a breach of copyright and results in immediate forfeiture of credentials.
§ 04 / Examination Integrity & Academic Honesty
- Candidates must complete all diagnostic pre-examinations and final board assessments through independent, unassisted effort.
- Any evidence of unauthorized collaboration, automated answer derivation, or plagiarism results in immediate disqualification without entitlement to fee remission.
§ 05 / Tuition Remittances & Taxes
- Tuition amounts are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Official GST invoices are generated upon settlement and transmitted via registered electronic correspondence.
§ 06 / Certification & Registry Validity
- Credentials are awarded strictly upon achieving passing merit thresholds established by the examination senate.
- Conferred certificates are registered in our permanent institutional archive for third-party corporate verification.
§ 07 / Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
This compact is governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of India. Any controversy, claim, or legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts located in New Delhi, India.
