Official Collaboration Charter
Pursuant to the formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) executed on 11 July 2024 between the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and ELITE TOOLISTIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, statutory recognition was formally accorded following an exhaustive appraisal of organizational competence, pedagogical integrity, and technological infrastructure. This charter establishes a collaborative framework in digital instructional delivery, vocational skill advancement, assessment administration, and academic content stewardship aligned directly with national priorities including the National Education Policy (NEP 2020).
